INVENTORY HELP MY SELECTION HELP ENQUIRY HELP

Help on the Farsound Inventory
1. Once the inventory data has loaded you will notice a list of numbers on the top right of the list, these numbers are links to numbered pages or use the 'next >>' link to take you to the next page in sequence.
2. You can start adding parts to your selection by clicking on the Add link.
3. To change the way the inventory data is listed click any of the letters this will list only the items using that letter. The link to All will display all the data.
4. Search for a part by entering the specific part number. Click the text box and type the part number or description. From the dropdown box select the search options (Part number or Description). Click the search button.

Help on the Farsound Inventory - My Selection
1. At the Selection page the parts you have chosen are displayed. If you would like to remove parts click the [remove] link.
2. To change the quantity, click on the quantity text box, enter the amount of that part number that you require and click [update]
3. To submit your enquiry, press the [Send enquiry] button

Help on the Farsound Inventory – Enquiry
1. Enter your contact details in the form plus any additional comments you would like us to recieve and click submit.
2. A review of your selection in shown at the bottom of the form. Please take a moment to review the data.
3. If you are satisfied with the data in the preview please click submit. This will complete the enquiry and send your chosen parts list to our team. If this is your first enquiry you will receive an email sent to the address you specified in step 1, This email will contain your username and password which can be used to log-in and edit any of your details held in the system.
