Programming and 3D modelling is carried out using Edgecam 11.5, CADDS 5, Autocad and XCAD all of which are utilised off-line enabling us to work seamlessly between design and manufacture providing accurate information and data transfer with our customers. This gives an undoubted performance advantage in lead time, quality and cost ensuring we get it right first time when we go to production.
Fast prototyping facilitates expedient development of production ready designs and enables our customers to go to market with new products in the shortest possible timeframe whilst keeping development costs in check.
We recognise our customers are experts in design for application and work with them to compliment this by providing expertise in design for manufacture thus ensuring quality and performance is designed in and costs designed out.
